Ich war nie die Sportlichste und die Fitteste, aber mein momentaner, körperlicher Zustand ist wirklich erbärmlich. Bei der kleinsten Anstrengung habe ich Herzrasen und bin außer Atem.
Heute morgen war ich mit meiner Freundin Michaela im Einkaufszentrum. Einfach ein bisschen bummeln, ein paar Kleinigkeiten besorgen und nen Kaffee trinken. Nach dem dritten Laden war ich schon Schweiß gebadet, mir war schwindelig und ich brauchte eine Pause.
Es ist einfach zum Kotzen. Ich will mein Leben wieder!!!!
