Arbeitsabbruch
Ich habe 2 Tage gearbeitet und dann habe ich heute wieder aufgegeben.
Ich war heute morgen beim Hausarzt und habe mich wieder aus dem Verkehr ziehen lassen. Ich habe jetzt seit Sonntag keine Nacht mehr vernünftig geschlafen. Es pocht in meinem Rücken, meine Schultern tun weh, mein Herz schlägt bis zum Hals, die Arme werden warm und kribbeln, meine Beine kribbeln und frühsten’s um 3 Uhr fallen mir dann vor Erschöpfung die Augen zu. Und da ich brav um 6,30 Uhr aufstehe um meinen Süßen für die Schule fertig zu machen bin ich total alle. Heute morgen hatte ich auch noch Kopfschmerzen. Ich habe immer noch Blut im Urin (hatte am Wochenende einen Harnwegsinfekt) und ich fühle mich einfach total überfordert.
Mein Hausarzt hat mich jetzt erstmal bis zum 17.02. krank geschrieben. Ich weiß nicht ob es mir seelisch nach meiner Operation schon einmal so schlecht ging wie heute. Der Schlafentzug der letzten Tage tut da wahrscheinlich sein übriges. Mein Arzt sagte nur, dass er mich in den letzten Wochen sehr dafür bewundert hat, dass ich so tapfer war und dass er eigentlich auf den Zusammenbruch gewartet hat.
Er hat mir Sertralin verschrieben. Das ist ein Medikament gegen Depressionen und posttraumatische Belastungsstöhrungen. Ich soll jetzt langsam anfangen und die Dosierung dann steigern. Bis das Medikament wirkt hat er mir für die Nacht Zopiclon aufgeschrieben. Hoffentlich kann ich endlich mal schlafen.
Bitte verurteilt mich jetzt nicht. Ich habe in meinem ganzen Leben noch keine Beruhigungstabletten und Anti-Depressiva genommen. Nach meiner OP die erste Schlaftablette meines Lebens. Ich habe einen heiden Respekt vor solchen Medikamenten, aber ich weiß mir gerade nicht anders zu helfen. Und bei den Medikamenten die ich gerade eh schon nehmen muss kommt es darauf fast schon nicht mehr an. Wenn ich sterbe müssen die mich eh als Sondermüll entsorgen.
Man, ich bin total deprimiert.

es ist gut, dass dir der Arzt Medikamente für deine Seele verschrieben hat, vielleicht kommst du so erst einmal zur Ruhe, ich meine innerlich. Außerdem würde ich dir eine/n guten Gesprächstherapeuten/in empfehlen, mit dem/der du dein Trauma und die folgen für das Familienleben aufarbeiten kannst, ich glaube dann findest du eher deinen Weg oder neuen Weg für dein Leben.
