Letzten Sonntag war ich zu einem Seminar:

Thema: Stärken finden und erfolgreich nutzen

Viele Menschen sehen bei sich, ihren Kindern und bei anderen Menschen oft die Schwächen und arbeiten hart daran, diese zu beheben. Ist es nicht sinnvoller und motivierender, an Stärken zu arbeiten und Erfolgserlebnisse zu sammeln?!
In diesem Aktiv-Vortrag für interessierte, neugierige, lernwillige Erwachsene geht es darum, wie man Stärken bei sich und anderen finden und fördern kann.
Verschiedene Techniken des Mentaltrainings und des Emotionaltrainings können helfen, Defizite zu erkennen und abzubauen, Ziele zu finden, sie bewusst zu sehen, zu entwickeln und zu erreichen, und zwar auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen.
Ein Schwerpunkt wird sicherlich das Lernen allgemein und auch speziell auf (Hoch-) Begabung bezogen sein. Da Lernen aber immer ganzheitlich zu sehen ist, ist es auch wichtig, die Ideen im Kopf mit den Gefühlen im Bauch zu harmonisieren.
Deshalb zielt dieser Aktiv-Vortrag nicht nur auf schulisches Lernen, sondern auch auf das Lernen des Lebens in vielen Bereichen, persönlich, beruflich und gesundheitlich.
Das war extrem spannend, aber die 7 Stunden waren viel zu schnell rum. Ich hoffe, dass Herr Beckwermert in naher Zukunft einen 2. Kurs gibt, ich möchte das Thema unbedingt vertiefen. Es ist einfach irre wieviele Sachen einfach in unserem Unterbewußtsein ablaufen, die wir aber doch direkt steuern können, wenn es uns einmal bewußt ist.
Herr Beckwermert gibt auch Kurse für Kinder.

Allerdings ziehst du auch das an, was du befürchtest.
Das wäre total klasse für unseren Sohnemann. Ich glaube, dass er da extrem viel Spaß hätte und das Thema sehr spannend findet.
Leider ist er noch ein paar Jährchen zu jung, aber wir bleiben dran.
