Gebrannte Mandeln
100 ml Wasser
200 g Zucker
1P Vanillezucker
200 g Mandeln
in eine hohe Pfanne geben und bei großer Hitze so lange rühren bis das Wasser verdunstet ist. Dann weiterrühren bis der Zucker geschmolzen ist und die Mandeln schön glasig überzogen sind. Die Mandeln auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech schütten und mit der Gabel beim Erkalten teilen !
Achtung, die Mandeln sind höllisch heiß !
