‘Bissige’ Erdnussplätzchen – besonders knackig durch ganze Erdnüsse
Zutaten für 1 Portionen:
| 100 g | Butter |
| 150 g | Mehl |
| 125 g | Zucker |
| 1 Prise | Salz |
| 1 | Ei(er) |
| 1 TL | Backpulver |
| ½ TL | Zimt |
| 1 EL | Erdnusscreme, fein |
| 50 g | gehackte Erdnüsse |
| 100 g | Erdnüsse, gesalzen und geschält |
Backofen auf 180° vorheizen.
Butter etwas weich werden lassen und mit dem Zucker und dem Salz cremig rühren.
Das Ei und die Erdnusscreme unterrühren.
Das Mehl mit dem Backpulver und dem Zimt mischen und nit den gehackten Erdnüssen unter die Buttermasse rühren.
Mit einem Teelöffel kleine Portionen vom Teig abstechen, in der Hand zu Kugeln rollen, aufs Backpapier setzen und etwas plattdrücken.
Die gesalzenen Erdnüsse reindrücken.
Ca. 10 Minuten backen, bis sie am Rand leicht braun und innen noch weich sind.
Abkühlen lassen.
