Ich bin wieder da …
Nach 9 Wochen Krankenhaus und 3 Wochen Reha bin ich seit Montag Nachmittag wieder zu Hause. Die letzte Zeit war extrem hart für mich. Wenn ich das vorher gewusst hätte, weiss ich nicht ob ich mich hätte operieren lassen.
Am 07.09. war die OP bei der die Aorta vom Aortenbogen bis zu den Nierenabgängen ersetzt wurde. Leider haben die Ärzte bei der OP ein Lymphgefäß verletzt. In den Wochen nach der OP wurde ich künstlich ernährt bzw. konnte nur Spezialnahrung essen, weil aus dem verletzten Lymphgefäß Lymphflüssigkeit in den Bauchraum und unter die Lunge ausgetreten ist. Am 16.10. musste ich dann erneut operiert werden, weil sich extrem viel Flüssigkeit angesammelt hatte. Die Lunge war zusammengedrückt und die inneren Organe verschoben. Die bis dahin gut verheilte Narbe wurde also wieder geöffnet. Und 3 Drainagen gelegt.
In der ganzen Zeit habe ich sehr viel abgenommen und viele Muskeln verloren. Das wurde mir erst richtig bewusst als ich in die Reha kam. Ich fühle mich wie 80. Jede kleine Anstrengung macht mir Atemnot und Herzrasen.
Bei der OP wurde ausserdem ein Stimmband verletzt und ich kann jetzt nur leise und sehr heiser sprechen. Ich hoffe, dass sich das irgendwann wieder gibt.
Die Narbe ist der Hammer. Sie fängt links über dem Schambein an und hört hinter der linken Schulter auf und sie tut zwischendurch noch furchtbar weh. Ich hoffe sehr, dass ich irgendwann wieder ein halbwegs normales Leben leben kann und dass die Schmerzen irgendwann aufhören. Ich mag keine Schmerzen mehr haben.
