Jetzt weiß ich was das ist. 15 Minuten Gang auf, Gang ab mit immer 20 Sekunden Pause nach jeder Minute. Ich habe 1025 m geschafft. - 15,00 Uhr Schulung: INR-Wertselbstbestimmung Ich musste mich 3mal pieken bevor das Dumme Gerät endlichen meinen Blutgerinnungswert ermittelt hat.

Seit gestern Abend bekomme ich Abends und Morgends eine Spritze zur Blutverdünnung, weil die Tabletten wohl nicht ausreichen. Am Donnerstag ist dann wieder Blutabnahme. Da werden wir sehen.
Gestern abend hatte ich wieder einen langsamen Herzschlag mit Doppelschlägen. Da muss ich gleich dringend den Arzt fragen, ob ich abends nicht doch lieber nur nen halben Beta-Blocker nehmen soll. Der Doc sagt, dass das ein halbes Jahr dauern kann bis sich mein Herz nach der OP eingespielt hat.
