Ich kann vor Schmerzen nicht liegen und nicht schlafen. Ich bin heute Nachmittag  beim Runtergehen auf einer nassen Holztreppe  ausgerutscht und diese dann mit Schwung mehrere Stufen runtergeknallt. Dabei habe ich mir mein Steißbein geprellt und die Wirbelsäule  gestaucht. Das tut soooooo weh. Ich war auch in der Notaufnahme. Zum Glück ist nichts gebrochen. Aber durch das Marcumar hat das natürlich kräftig eingeblutet. Und meine Panikattacke in dem Moment war auch vom Feinsten. Es hätte ja auch noch viel mehr kaputt gehen können :-(
