Smartie Cookies
Zutaten für 1 Glas:
1 Glas mit dicht schließendem Deckel, etwa 1000ml (z.B. von Ikea)
200 g (Dinkel-) Mehl
1 TL Backpulver
1 TL Natron
eine Prise Salz
90 g zarte Haferflocken
200 g brauner Zucker
100 g Schoko-Tropfen oder Streusel
200 g Mini-Smarties
1 handvoll gehackte Mandeln Zubereitung:
Natron, Salz und Backpulver mit dem Mehl vermischen. Die Hälfte des Mehls in das Glas geben und etwas festdrücken. Ich habe hierzu ein hohes, schmales Glas verwendet und den Rand noch mit einem Esslöffel festgedrückt. Die Haferflocken zugeben und ebenfalls festdrücken. Dann die zweite Hälfte des Mehls einfüllen und auch mit dem Glas andrücken. Die übrigen Zutaten ebenfalls in der genannten Reihenfolge zufügen. Langsam und sorgfältig arbeiten, damit am Ende schöne Schichten entstehen. Die letzte Schicht am Besten so hoch mit Mandeln auffüllen, dass das Glas ganz gefüllt ist. Dann können sich die Schichten auch nicht wieder miteinander vermischen.
Jetzt braucht ihr noch eine Zubereitungsanweisung, damit der oder die Beschenkte auch weiß, wie er alles zubereiten muss. Hier kommt der Text dafür:
Smartie Cookies:
Neben diesem Glas brauchst Du noch: 1 großes Ei und 185 Gramm sehr weiche Butter
- · Den Backofen auf 175°C Ober-/Unterhitze vorheizen.
- · Ein Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen und beiseite stellen.
- · Gehackte Mandeln, Schokotropfen und Smarties entnehmen und beiseite stellen.
- · Zucker aus dem Glas nehmen und mit der Butter und einem Handrührgerät cremig aufschlagen.
- · Das Ei hinzufügen.
- · Die Haferflocken und das Mehl unterrühren.
- · Zum Schluss noch die Mandeln, die Schokolade und die Smarties unterheben.
- · Forme den Teig zu etwa 20 Kugeln, drücke sie leicht platt und lasse mindestens 5 Zentimer Abstand zwischen den Keksen.
- · Für 8-10 Minuten backen. Die Cookies sollten noch weich aus dem Backofen kommen.
- · Auf einem Gitterrost abkühlen lassen.
