Ich kann das sooooo gut verstehen. Jeder, der lange Zeit im Krankenhaus verbracht hat weiß, daß man auf sehr vieles verzichten muss und hinterher lernen muss, mit vielem klar zukommen. Für mich ist eine warme Dusche das Größte. Der Dampf, der aufsteigt. Der heiße Strahl, der auf meinen Muskeln prickelt. Die Möglichkeit alleine ein und auszusteigen. Alleine zu bestimmen wie lange ich da stehen möchte. Sich hinterher sauber und erfrischt fühlen und nicht körperlich total erschöpft.
Es erfüllt mich immer wieder mit Erstaunen, wenn es meine eigenen Oberschenkelmuskeln schaffen mich aus einem Stuhl zu hiefen. Ganz ohne Abstützen. Es hat unendlich lange gedauert wieder so viel Kraft aufzubauen.
Es macht mich glücklich zu sehen, dass ich nicht viele, aber die besten Freunde der Welt habe.
Glücklich bin ich über jeden Tag an dem ich etwas Schönes erlebt habe. An dem mein Körper mich nicht blockiert hat.
Und so sind es ganz viele kleine Sachen, die für mich Glück bedeuten und für diese Erfahrung bin ich sehr dankbar.
